3D Laser Scanning at Hofdi Lodge Hotel, Iceland
In cooperation with Nordic Homes, a company based in Latvia, we had the exciting opportunity to participate in the construction process of an exclusive hotel by 3D laser scanning the concrete structures in order to detect the quality of the construction and prevent possible defects in time, ensuring a quality installation of the finished panels.
The point cloud, linked to the real coordinates, can be easily and conveniently inserted into the REVIT modelling software and a comparison can be made between the design model and the actual built volume.
